Quantum CCS provides you with outsourced Quantity Surveying and Project Management services from appropriately trained and experienced specialists within our group.
When you subscribe as a member, you will engage with our highly skilled specialists at Quantum CPM and Quantum Consult, the two Members of our group that provide our services. Whether it is non-contentious routine services from monthly valuations through to claims of an extension of time and prolongation, or contentious services such as dispute resolution, we have the specialists to help you. But not only that, when you subscribe to Quantum CCS, you will receive training and guidance included in your subscription along with lots more.
It all adds up to an easy-access package of support from construction experts that will help you manage your contracts, improve efficiency, and lead to better profits.
Why do I not just go to Quantum Consult or Quantum CPM? You might ask...
Well, you can, but Quantum CCS offers more benefits because we’re putting together packages which pulls both attributes together like joining a trade association, but for commercial services. A CCS Subscription will help you identify gaps in process to improve project operations and financial comfort.
In the unfortunate but sometimes inevitable event of a dispute, your subscription will eliminate some risk and ensure you are best placed to prosecute or defend any potential claims.

- The training programme has been established to provide training and development to our members. Our training programme of a variety of different subjects can be individually tailored to meet your business requirements.
- When you become a member, one of our Consultants will arrange to visit you at your office or organise a Teams meeting with you to discuss your business needs and requirements. They will then provide you with a comprehensive report on how QCCS and its partners can help and support you achieve your business goals.
- We regularly hold seminars, conferences and training sessions up and down the country, as a member your entry to all events is discounted.
- No win no fee adjudication. If you lose (which we don't expect you should), we will pay the adjudicator’s fee! Subject to Ts & Cs.
